SYN Trainings gymnastics template is 3 sessions per week, lasting approximately 15-20 minutes long, and is designed to supplement your current training programme. This supplement is perfect for athletes looking to improve the "holes in their game" and take their bodyweight skills to the next level. Athletes will also be following structured strength & mobility progressions.
All athletes on the programme have full access to my video library containing clear video demonstrations of all the movements and progressions.
