SYN Trainings mobility & midline program is a 3 day template that provides athletes with a structured core strength & flexibility supplement to their training program.

Each of the three days contains exercises that are specifically designed to challenge athletes ability to engage the muscles of the “midline” - Transverse Abdominus, Rectus Abdominus, Obliques, lower back erectors, Latissimus Dorsi and on occasion, the Scapula.

These exercises are accompanied or followed up with mobility work that is balanced across the body. This work is designed to not only to help people achieve greater range of motion, but at the same time provide strength to those new ranges so they can be used in training.
