The aim of the accessory supplement program is to increase the athlete’s “mind-muscle connection” and improve athletes’ ability to contract individual muscles harder.

The saying goes “you are only as strong as your weakest link”.

 

The purpose of progressing isolation exercises is to develop weak areas of the body, which will bring a positive carryover to the rest of training.

During the program athletes’ will notice an improvement in muscle density & robustness in difficult ranges of motion.
